MY CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT EXPIRES SEPT. 30, 2000. WE ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 60 DAYS NOTICE IF WE WILL TERMINATE OUR CONTRACT. ON jULY 31 2000 WE NEEDED ADDITIONAL TIME (7-8DAYS) TO MAKE A DECISION. MY WIFE SIGNED A RENEWAL NOTICE BUT DID NOT SIGN A NEW LEASE. IS THE RENEWAL NOTICE SUFFICENT TO BIND ME FOR ANOTHER YEAR? DOES GEORGIA LAW REQUIRE 60 DAYS?? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS.

What does the renewal notice say? Please do not type in capitals. I have a hard time reading the yelling.
