REAL ESTATE PROBLEM
CAN ANYBODY HELP??

I HAVE A SITUATION.. MY FATHER BOUGHT A HOUSE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT I WOULD MAKE PAYMENTS. {HE CALLED IT A LEASE OPTION DEAL}. IF AND WHEN THE HOUSING MARKET TOOK OFF, I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK, HE WOULD GET HIS MONEY BACK AND IF THERE WERE ANY LEFT OVER, WE WOULD SPLIT THE EQUITY…. I TOOK HIM AT HIS WORD….I RENOVATED THE HOUSE AND THE PROPERTY.. NEW YARD, NEW SPRINKLER SYSTEM, RAIN GUTTERS, LANDSCAPING, AND EVEN MORE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME.
MY FATHER GOT ME INVOLVED IN THE SO CALLED “FAMILY BUSINESS”, LET ME BELIEVE MY JOB WAS SECURE AND THAT I WOULDN’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOOKING FOR WORK EVER AGAIN, THEN FIRED ME AFTER I HAD QUIT ALL OF MY PART TIME JOBS THAT I USED TO PAY THE BILLS. AND I HAD JUST RECENTLY GONE INTO DEBT PURCHASHING A NEW CAR.
HE BASICALLY SAID, “SORRY ABOUT THE JOB, IT’S BUSINESS, RENT IS DUE…….”
I HAVE MADE ALL THE PAYMENTS, I HAVE MADE ALL THE HOME IMPROVEMENTS AND HOME REPAIRS OVER THE PAST 11+ YEARS.
DO I HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON ?????
NO WRITTEN AGREEMENTS TO THE ABOVE WERE EVER SIGNED.
THE ONLY WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT EXISTS IS THE DEED TO THE PROPERTY IN MY FATHERS NAME… DO I HAVE ANY RECOURSE, OR AM I OUT IN THE COLD?? CAN I RECOVER ALL OF THE MONEY AND LABOR I HAVE INVESTED IN THIS PROPERTY? CAN YOU HELP?

Could you please explain to me what you mean by Internet Etiquette???????? Did I do something Wrong??????? I'm glad you brought this to my attention.... But Internet Etiquette search came up with various topics, i.e. for exec's, open dictionary, to many to expand upon, which defination would you like me to referance?? Could you please be more specific...I hope I haven't broken any laws as far as you're perception of Internet Etiquette..

MR HOME GURU Thank you for nothing....If you couldn't answer the questions I posed why didn't you just say so..
Maybe you can get out your dictionary out and look up the word GURU.....I wasn't requesting info on your perception of etiquette, do you think your system administater has the answer to my questions???? because apparently you don't...
You have a nice day....I'll leave this site now, because you don't seem to be a real GOOROO!!!!!!

1.) Typing in all caps is considered SCREAMING and hard on the eyes as well.

You corrected that.

2.) I don't believe you specified which state all of this is happening in.

Since you quoted to HomeGuru about being "considerate, respectful and polite," allow me to quote something else in red type:

**** PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STATE BECAUSE LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.****
