Leasehold

What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I closed my bakery business. I have an enormous 3-deck oven that is cemented to the floor. I lease the space and paid for the oven and the installment. Is this now considered a leasehold improvement? Can I auction it off and have it removed?

**A: if removal does not damage the leased premises or if there is damage from removal, only if the damage is repaired.
