    legal access on privet road

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan. I have a question about getting a legal access using a privet road that the owner of the surrounding property owns. The lot that I own is land locked inside his twenty acres. The owner has put a road into his property to subdivided it and the road runs right in front of my lot. The road right of way that he cleared has my survey steaks exposed at the edge of the road. What do I have to do to get a legal access? Thank you for any help.

I'd suppose you'd continue to access the lot the same way you always have.

Actions have consequences. Remember Newton's Third Law of Motion in everything you do.
