legal age?

Alabama

How old do you have to be to rent an apartment in Alabama. I hear conflicting stories. Some say 18, and some say 19. I've also heard, that as soon as you graduate high school you can rent one. Can someone clear this up for me?

My response:

Stephen, your question has nothing to do with apartments or high school. It has everything to do, however, with the legal age to enter into valid contracts. Age 18.
