Legal definition of the term "driveway"

Ga.

I need the the legal definition of the term "driveway." Is it the area covered by concrete, or the area the car covers when driving, or the area the car covers and some area on each side for the passengers to enter/egress the vehicle?

It would "seem to me" that the area the car covers plus an area on each side over which the car door opens would be "the driveway" but I cannot seem to find a "legal definition".

Any ideas?

"Driveway Width
The narrowest width of a driveway measured perpendicular to centerline of the driveway, from edge of pavement to edge of pavement or face-of-curb to face-of-curb where curb and gutter are installed."
