| I own a three-family home with my brother - 50/50 purchased house in 97 he married in 99 deed states joint tenancy i live on 2nd floor he used to live on 1st floor he is currently going through divorce - soon to be ex-wife lives on first floor with 3 children - 1 is his 2 are not he is allowing her to live there we have large yard divided in the middle by a 4 ft picket fence. i would like to place a lock on the gate and restrict her to one side of the yard. i am an avid gardener and her children are very destructive to the landscape i understand that if i am not happy, i can force sale of the house - he has a 18,000 equity loan in his name against the house - what rights do i have to keep her restricted on the property rhode island

| Talk to her first to see if it is ok. Otherwise she can raise issues. |
