    lein satifaction

    mass.
    can a lein holder satisfy his debt by forcing a sale of my home ,i have a credit card collection company who won a judgement to put a lien on my house now they are telling me that they are going to force a sale to satisfy their debt? am i crazy or can they usurp both mortgage companies and sell my house ???

    The prior lienholders would need to be paid BEFORE they can collect anything on a forced sale.
    Adoptive parents ARE "real" parents. Sharing genes is not what makes you a "parent"!

    that appears to be slim to none, I cant imagine them trying to sell my house two mortgages totaling 269,000, in this market worth 170,000 tops hoping to get anything but the satifaction of disrupting my life to no end life is @!##@# enough without these money hounds out to make a bad situation WORSE!!! the debt is for 10,000
