The lender holding my 2nd mortgage is filing for chapter 11. How will this affect me?! Will the new company be able to call it due now? Will it just comtinue as usual? Thanks for the help.

Your payments will continue as usual except that you may be paying the BK trustee instead or another entity as directed by the Trustee.
