Letter of intent

What is the name of your state? New York
I live in New York (Long Island) and want to buy a house.
Question: Is there a residential "Letter of intent" I could use
to bind a seller to my offer once my purchase offer has been verbally accepted? Thanks... [email protected]
Heres a commercial example at this site address:

**A: forget the letter of intent. Use the NY Association of Realtors or Board of Realtors form in its entirety.
