I have a settlement against and individual in Florida. He has not paid in over two years so I wish to put a lien on his property. He has a house and owns 3 other lots that he does not live on.
He has the property titled in his and his wife's name.
Can I put a lien on his property even though his wife is listed as joint owner?

Thanks
