What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
If there is default judgment against my husband and we own property that states joint tenancy and it does not say husband and wife on deed. Can a lien be placed on property?

**A: of course it can. And the property can be sold to pay the judgement lien amount.
