liens

I took the owenr of the property next to me to court regarding money due to me over my driveway. The judge ordered me to be paid the money that was due and i had a liens put on his property. I just found out he sold the property what can I do.He also had his attorney to contact me and offer me less then half the money due he don't know i knew he sold the property he thought i would have jumped on the money and he would be clear but I did not please help.

My response: thanks for the story. Hire an attorney and foreclose on the lien.
