Question
state of Va.
we have life time rights in a home that is owned by a relative. the question is who is resposible for the real estate taxes?

lifetime rights

Guru, it doesn't state anything regardding to who, it was always paid by the original owner but after his death the estate went to another member? katysue

Did you read the actual recorded life estate document or are you just guessing?
