Limited Power of Attorney(with durable Provision)

What is the name of your state? I Live in California, but i need to have my son that lives in Texas to handle my affairs on my behalf in Oklahoma. I have a form which is Limited Power of Attorney (with durable Provision) My question to you is do I have to have a form from Oklahoma or will a California form work? The form I have is E-Z Legal Form R240, I picked up at a Post Office Inc. in California.
