a friend of mine recently had some problems with his hot water tank do to the neglegence of the landlord not telling them that the water whas going to be shut off the problem is that they ve had to replace twelve heating elements and in turn wound up having to replace water heater do to insufficiant water in tank they want to know what they can do to rectifie this and get there money back for it they are really concerned that they are going to continue having this problem do to the fact that they are not the only ones that are not told that it is being shut off they live in ny and they wanted to know what there right are purtaining to this issue thank you for you re advice ime sure it will be helpfull thanks again and have a good day
