Louisiana Heir LandundefinedWhat is the name of your state? Louisiana: You know all I want to do is go home and build a house. Does anyone know how to get around a deed that has deceased people on it? I am the direct heir of land purchased by my grandfather and uncle in 1875 and all I need is the OK from an attorney or some official to do so. Help. ![]() |

Louisiana Heir LandI see that no one knows about Louisiana Real Estate Law. No I'm not wrong about my grandfather and uncle's purchase date of the land. I have a deed with their names on it. ![]() |

| You will have to get a probate attorney to help you. It cannot be done on a public forum. Without a clear title you will not be able to get a mortgage. |
