Mail Fruad?

Again I live in New Hampshire and we suspect our neighbor is receiving some of our mail but not forwarding it to us....what can be done?

from time to time carriers do accidently mis deliver mail . but if you get a PO box in town the odds of at your nieghbor next door getting your mail are zero .and if you go that route then remove your mail box and just leave address on the post if its roadside . so emergency personel can still find your home .
