Massachusetts bylawsMassachusetts Our local planning board is claiming that anything NOT specifically addressed/allowed by a town bylaw is thereby not allowed. Does anyone know how these bylaws are written? Is the planning board right? It seems like a very backwards method. The issue is regarding a shared driveway - since there is no bylaw allowing a common drive, they claim it is therefore not allowed. Thanks for any help Last edited by unisphere; 07-16-2009 at 08:38 AM. |
