we failed to get financing on a home we signed a p&s on, wrote the letter the day before to the realtor notifying them of this,and requesting our downpayment returned....what is a reasonable time to wait for this money due to us?? we think the realtors are going to give us a hard time and play games...so how long should we wait??? thank you...nancy
