What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MS
I own 15.2 acres of property in MS. A church sits on one acre of this land and has an easement for this property. In the papers I have, it states that if the church cease to exist, the land and building will revert back to the owner. Would this land revert back to me, the current owner or the original owners who signed the easement.
