What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas


My uncle and I had a verbal agreement to purchase my home within 3 to 6 mos.
He was to make monthly mortgage payments until we closed on the house. Well, he missed 8 months of payment and 20 months later we decided to put the house up for sell.
My uncle decided to take out a fraudulent lien of $33,170 on our home. I can't afford a lawyer. What cant I do to remove this lien?
