i found out last year that one of my land partners was only 15 when we bought a 40 acre parcel in mendocino in 1972 she also used a fake name that she has retained over the years. had i known all this i would have never let her buy in with us i'd like to get her off the deed as she has been nothing but a liar and a cheat over the years and cannot be trusted. what can i do to get her off my deed she turned out to be such a very evil girl.

You have two choices.... you can negotiate purchase of her percentage.... or file a 'partition suit' in court.
Her being underage that long ago has nothing to do with the 'deal'.
