What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Washington
if we signed an agreement to make monthly payments on a mobile home, but we were not able to fulfill the financial agreement, can the owner declare that we were in default, and just transfer without our signatures?

If you don't pay he doesn't have to "declare" you in default, you are in default.

What he can do depends on the status of the title.

If the MH was retitled to you with him as lienholder he would have to repossess through what ever legal process is required.

If he retained title he would have to evict you through the courts.

What is he telling you that he is going to do?
