Mobile Home Question?

Arizona My mom died and she has a mobile home in her name and the title is in her name and the woman she was buying the property off of says the trailor was not my mothers and she says the title was only for taxes she even said the title should say on it title for taxes. There is nothing on the title that says anything like that. The title has my mom and dads names and no lien holder. Does it mean that my parents owns the trailor?

You need a lawyer to sort this out...
