Mold

Michigan.

We bought this house in August of 2004. We did not get an inspection as we were practically living on the street and needed to get in immediately. Ever since we have moved in my kids ages 3 and 9 months have been continuously sick with sinusitis, ear infections (which both of them now have tubes in their ears) and now my son has environmental asthma. We just recently got a free inspection of our crawl space and have found out that the mold under their is the cause of the kids illnesses. Is there anything we can do legally?
