Hi, I suspect a home that we sold may have mold in it. We didn't know about the mold of course, when we sold it. The house was inspected for all the regular stuff, but not mold. Only recently, we found out, based on some medical issues our family was having. We kind of put it together after. We did find a small bit of mold in the house before, but it was under the washing machine, so it didn't spark much concern. My question is this, what are the legal ramifications of telling the current owner of the house we suspect there may be mold in their house?
