i live in alabama. i recently took out a mortgage on the house i live in. however, i filed chapter 13 then converted to chapter 7 the mortgage was included. i later found out that the deed was not in my name. can the company that hold the mortgage foreclose on property that is not deeded to me?

If the deed was not in your name, how could you have gotten a mortgage and then included the property in your BK? Please explain.
