What is the name of your state? Michigan

My sister is buying a house. She is with a mortgage company that is distrust. They are pressuring her to close without her recieving any documentations that the house has been inspected by the City and that all improvements have been repaired. She would like to switch mortgage companies. Can she do this?

Thank you!:(

**A: yes, as long as she did not yet sign the closing docs ie. mortgage, note etc.
