Mortgage Company misconduct

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

Married couple in process of messy divorce, marital home being foreclosed on. Husband is secondary on loan for home has made many attempts to get information on mortgage to see if payments are being made and was denied any information. From my knowledge when payments are not being made the secondary receives notice because they are held accountable for it. He has called the company and each time was told (by same woman each time) that he has no right to any information on the mortgage. What can we do?

If the mortgage company will nto release information to him, then he is not secondary on the loan. He may hold title but he's not on the note.

Check the note if you have access to it to see if he's on there. If he's not, then he needs to talk to his divorce attorney to obtain this information legally.
