Mortgage Lock, Right To RescindWhat is the name of your state? Florida My wife a coborrower signed the lock in agreement which said we need to pay $400 for cancellation. I the borrower never signed it and did not pay the $400. I cancelled less than 24 hours later due to errors in the gfe, high fees... They say I need to pay the $400. Is there a 3 day right to rescind on a lock in for a mortgage refinance in Florida? The lender is in California and the agreement says the jurisdiction is the state of california. |
