mortgage problems

What is the name of your state? NJ
I currently have a home in New Jersey that is up for sale. I have since relocated to another state. I have found it increasingly hard to manage two mortgage payments on one salary. I have tried to work with the mortgage company but seem to get no where. I would like to know if there is any help out there for me? I currently have a potential buyer for the home but do not have a closing date as of yet. The mortgage company is aware of the home being up for sale but keep threating foreclosure.

**A: either get a firm closing date and confirm the mortgage financing or threaten to terminate the deal and list w/a Realtor at a discounted price for a fast sale.
