Mortgage Title

What is the name of your state? Florida

My dad just passed away and my mom wants to put their home in both my sister and my name. My sister and I live in Florida and my mom's home is in North Carolina. I'm not sure what such a situation will mean to me or my sister in the future. Can you please give me some pros and cons of this arrangement?

**A: Pro- consult with an estate attorney. Con- make sure the attorney isn't one.
