Hi, this is in regards to my 92 year old mother who lives in Bradenton, Florida.
She would like to change the ownership of her house to me and my 2 sisters.
She is afraid she could lose the house if something happens to her.
She does have a will that directs the house to be given to me and my sisters.
Is there any good reason to look into doing this?
How would I start?

**A: seel legal counsel who specializes in estates and trusts. It may be better from her to deed the property to you and your sisters subject to review of the underlying mortgage ( if any) and tax consequences.
