My mother had told me that it was her wishes to give her home in California to my daughter and I after her death. There was no written contract between us. As part of paying the other hiers that were to be getting a portion of her estate, I transfered my property over to her along with all it's equity. She has now changed her mind and is selling her house in california, and wishing to sell my property in Washington that I transfered over to her,leaving my wife, daughter, and myself on the street. Is there anything I can do to get my property back?
