| at the time a couple are devorced and the wife gets the house to live in until her death, if it was to be hers solely to go into her estate at time of death, would a quit claim deed have had to been signed giving her sole ownership and if not what happens to the property at the time of her death? does it go back to the husband, who has made all pmts all along, especially if he continued living there all the time? |
