What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas I took out a loan on some property. I have been late or behind at times,due toillness or emergency.Icalled and informedthe people I was going to be late and would pay on the first of the month. They called me Sunday and said if I don't pay that day ,they will forclose and ask for all the balance. Are they aloud to do that? I was in court all week and just had not made it to the mail box.
