i live in ohio, part of my property is bounded by a creek.when purchased-7years ago-survey indicated i own to the middle of the creek with survey stakes set 25 feet inbound from center of creek to reference points. there is rock and gravel in creek but only one sizable boulder in the entire creek. this boulder lies within my boundaries.recently-my adjoining neighbor, without asking, removed this boulder for landscaping his property. i want it returned to its original location on my property on my side of the creek. what are my legal rights to claim of this boulder?
