my fiance of 3 years and I purchased a home last year together. His name is on the mortgage alone but both our names are on the deed. We are splitting up and he is moving out. How can I keep my home. We live in Ohio and my daughter lives with us. Will he be responsible for the mortgage payments? What happens if he does not pay?

The cleanest way is for you to refinance the loan and buy him out so both the loan and title are only in your name.
