| I have a neighbor who ignored posted no trespassing signs, came onto my property and cut the grass. No big deal to some but the overgrowth was done on purpose to keep unwanted "guests" off of my property. What can I do to ensure that he does not keep coming onto and "maintaining" my land. It backs up to his property but the property lines are marked by existing iron pipes plus my addition of "no trespassing" signs. |

| Get some round steel posts & electric fence wire & connectors & stick up a fence along the property line. Hang the No Trespassing signs from the wire. Or, here's a thought -- talk to your neighbor & explain why you're leaving the grass long. ------------------ This is not legal advice and you are not my client.
