Need to get a person OFF the property deed!

What is the name of your state? FL

If a person purchases a piece of property free and clear with entirely their own money (no house) and adds another person to the deed who is not present by signing their name on the deed at closing, is there any way to now get them OFF that deed?

They must deed out their interest.
