Need Help!!!


What is the name of your state? FLORIDA
i WAS ENGAGED TO BE MARRIED SO LIKE AN IDIOT I PUT HER NAME ON MY HOUSE, AFTER FINDING OUT AFTER 1 YEAR SHES NOT THE ONE, SHE WANTS HALF MY HOUSE THAT IVE OWNED FOR 19 YEARS. I HAVE SUPPORTED HER AND MADE ALL PAYMENTS TO ALL BILLS WITH NO HELP FROM HER WHAT SO EVER. WHAT TO DO?? HELP!!

Step 1. Build a time machine
Step 2. Track yourself down 13 months ago and kick your a** for thinking about giving away half your house.

Or, figure out what half of your house is worth, and offer her a third of that in exchange for deeding over her interest in the house to you. if that fails, tell her you'll be sending her bills every year for taxes for as long as you live there and that she should expect her money (less outstanding taxes) for the house when you sell it in 20 years.

Of course, she could wise up and get a lawyer, and then you'll get reminded that she owns half the house and she has just as many rights to live there as you do. And then they might start talking about a partition sale., etc.

Then you're back to the original plan of building a time machine.

So Basically in the state of Florida, by deeding half the house to her(because of going to get married) there isnt any law stating...we are not getting married and it goes back to the original owner?? Im a quadriplgic in a wheelchair theirfore Im exempt from taxes, shes just ringing the bills up!! and making my life misserable. Thanks for your help!!

there is no law stating that you have to give her half the house. So of course there is no law stating that she has to give it back.
