Need info on mobile home laws-Long Island,NY

What is the name of your state? NY
The mobile home park I own a home in on Long Island has been sold. Where can I find info on my rights? Manufactured Home Tenants' Rights and Law 233 only state what rights are while residing in a park, not when the land you rent is being sold out from under you. I have a $100k investment and cannot move it anywhere! HELP!!!!! Information (or where to find it) is needed desperately. Thank you.

Is it just changing ownership or have they given you notice to move the trailer?

Your rights are a proper notice and adherence to the lease agreement you have with the current park owner. What kind of lease do you have month to month, a year, etc?

Do you have a lease? The lease is not invalidated by the sale (unless it was a foreclosure).
