What is the name of your state? MassachusettsI have property that abutts a private way. My deed states that I have use of private way and rights of way used in connection with my land. A neighbor is blocking this private way and the police state they cannot do anything about it. I was told about title 720, which basically states the police cannot allow any street or private way to be blocked. Is there anything I can file to stop this neighbor from blocking my access to my land? I live in Massachusetts. Thanks for any information on this.[/FONT
