Question

neighbor built part of fence on my property

my neighbor built one side of his fence on part of my property about 2 years ago. what steps can i take to have him remove it.

Give him a copy of the survey and ask him nicely to relocate the portion of the fence that is encroaching.

A peaceful way is to have him sign an encroachment agreement.
If that doesn't work then you can sue.
