Question
In Ca. Neighbor is trying to claim the rear of my property. He retained a lawyer, and says the property is clearly his because they have established prescriptive rights. I have paid the property taxes on all of my land since I purchased it. Their lawyer says that he will initiate a lawsuit if I don't respond to his letter. what could they possibly sue me for?? They also want me to have the property surveyed which seems absolutely absurd. what gives?? ad

Now is a good time to hire your own attorney.
