Neighbor stole flowers and sold themWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia This should be simple: My neighbor went on my property, cut my roses, then sold them in bouquets. She first claimed that she owed me nothing because it was a mistake (yea right!). Now she says she'll pay for new seeds. I say she owes me the price she got for the roses in the bouquets! I plan to sue. Am I being reasonable? |
