Dear HomeGuru:
I am writing from Laredo,Texas. In our case; the buying contract of our property stipulated that a neighbor's fence was settled 14 feet within our property. But according to the seller, that does not mean that we are giving away those 14 ft.
We have made attemps to recover those 14ft. from our neighbors but they are not willing to let us move the fence.
We have also tried to contact a local judge to solve this problem. But we have had no luck.
We have proof of our legal dimensions, we even have an appraisal for tax purposes that describe our dimensions. How can we proceed without having to hire an attorney, which we cannot afford?
