new home problems

My wife and I are having a home built and there are a couple of exterior items we don't like the location of, such as the central air unit and the hose bib, can we get these items moved? Also we don't like the shape of the driveway can we get that replaced?
Now on the interior of the home in the basement the heating ducts are in a bad location.We are making settlement in 2 weeks can we get these items taken care of or do we have to deal with it ourselves after settlement?

You can have anything you want done but it will cost thousands of dollars.

These are probably changes that you should have requested long ago. That's why you should visit the construction site daily -- so you can catch these little idiocies & correct them before they are spackled, sealed, & painted.
