My father and aunt (mother's side) both have their names on a deed for property in Brooklyn, NY. Another aunt who lived at the property and was taking care of it, rented an apartment to tenants, but no lease was ever signed. That aunt passed away last November. How can either my father or surviving aunt evict this tenant? We need the apartment for other family members.

Easy, simply hire an attorney to file a complaint.
